This is a very specific update to suggest a small way that you can help Joe Higgins’ online campaign, by making two little changes on Facebook. We want to utilise the 600+ fans of Joe Higgins’ page to spread the word about Joe & his website (www.joehiggins.eu) more on Facebook. This will only take 2 minutes of your time and will be of huge benefit to Joe. There will be a more general update in the next days.
1) If you can, please show your support for Joe Higgins loud and clear by setting your picture to the image here:
Support Joe? Let your friends know! Make this your facebook image – simply right click the picture, select “Save as”. Save it to somewhere you will remember (desktop). Then go to your profile page (http://www.facebook.com/profile.php) scroll over your current picture, a “change picture” box displays – click it. Select “upload a picture” – choose file – and then select the image, wherever you saved it (called “I Support Joe Higgins – Facebook”). Done. Thank you.
2) To really spread the word about Joe’s ideas and activities, we would like for you to subscribe to Joe’s news, which will let your friends see new articles by Joe.

To do this go to Joe’s facebook page (easy access: www.joehiggins.eu/facebook), scroll down so on the left you see a box with “social RSS” written in it, displaying laters articles by joe. Please click “subscribe”. Click “allow” in the box that appears, to allow this programme to work. Then you will be brough to a new page, and another box will appear. In the last line of this box there will be blue writing saying “click here” – please click it, click allow, and then click “ok”.
Final step: just under the Social RSS logo click the “Edit settings” tab. Scroll down, and click “newsfeed”. In the area on the right hand side to the side click “Grant permission”. Click “allow publishing”. Thank you very much.
