The name Thomas Cook is now reduced to dirt and the company’s reputation is in the gutter – some going after more than a century, not much consolation. And yes we all know what government we have and the gardai? – minions of a putrid establishment. We all know that before too long, the good times will roll again for the bankers etc., the ordinary man will be paying with increased taxes, less income and no rights for generations to come.

Disgrace, absolute disgrace, Liam Carroll gets the protection of the courts on the same day, honest workers get arrested, does anyone need a better illustration how the political/business classes with the corrupt judiciary aiding and abetting, run this country, absolutely disgusting, shameful, my Republican grandfather who risked his life fighting British oppression is turning in his grave.
